1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jsya9 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered at jsya9.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of this platform. jsya9 reserves the right to refuse access to any person who does not comply with these Terms or who poses a risk to the platform's integrity.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any activity on jsya9.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing jsya9 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any winnings may be voided.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account at jsya9. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance or pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jsya9 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login details.

• You must use your own verified payment method. Third-party payment on behalf of another player is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings derived from an account found to be operating in violation of our terms may be forfeited at jsya9's sole discretion.
• jsya9 may request identity verification documents (National ID, passport, or equivalent) at any stage of your account lifetime, including prior to processing a withdrawal request.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jsya9 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select other local bank channels. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not accept cryptocurrency or international card payments at this time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and account verification. jsya9 processes approved withdrawal requests within one to five business days. The Company reserves the right to delay processing in cases of suspected fraud, breach of terms, or pending KYC review.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal may be subject to daily and monthly caps.
• Players must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, unless explicitly approved by our support team.
• Deposits made in error or exceeding intended amounts cannot be reversed once confirmed on the payment network. Please verify transaction details carefully before confirming.
• jsya9 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges. Please check with your provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jsya9 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers targeted specifically at our Bangladesh player community. All promotional offers are at the Company's discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced without prior notice.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. jsya9 may set game-specific contribution rates toward bonus wagering — for example, slots typically contribute 100% while certain live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate.

• One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, email address, phone number, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction via multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without fulfilling the stated wagering requirements in full.
• jsya9 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines, at its sole discretion, that any form of bonus abuse, matched betting strategy, or low-risk wagering pattern has been employed.
